Dagoba – Lavender Chocolate?!

When you think lavender, you probably think of smelling it, not eating it. At least, thats what I thought when I first saw these lavender blueberry Dagoba Organic Chocolate bars upon opening the box sent to us.. I have always loved the scent of lavender, and its relaxing properties, so I was curious as to how these would taste. These bars are 59% cacao, so they have a nice rich dark chocolate taste, but not too intense that it covers up the mild lavender and blueberry flavors. Its smooth, and delicate. I was thankful that the fruity flavor of the blueberries was not too intense, and neither was the lavender. To my surprise, it seemed to be a perfect blend.
